Starting Wage

The contract starting wage for a Journeyman Electrician -

$33.50 - 50.16 +/Hr

Positions such as Foreman and General Foreman pay even more.  There are many opportunities for advancement.

Vacation

The Contractor pays 6.5% of gross wages on top for vacation. 

(Includes Overtime)

This brings the total wage for a Journeyman Electrician to -

$35.68 - 53.42 +/Hr

Health Insurance

The Contractor pays for Full Family Medical Health Insurance

(Includes Spouse and Children) on top of the wage.

Retrirement

The Contractor pays for a retirement and savings plan that is invested like a 401k.  

In addition The Contractor pays for a pension plan that is based on years of service at the time of retirement. 

These are both paid in addition to the total wage.

The full starting compensation package is $51.95- 61.13 +/Hr
