The contract minimum starting wage for a Journeyman Electrician - $23.82 +/Hr

Positions such as, Service Driver, Foreman and General Foreman pay even more.  There are many opportunities for advancement.

The Contractor pays 6.4% of gross wages on top for vacation. 

(Includes Overtime)

This brings the total wage for a Journeyman Electrician to -

$25.34 +/Hr

The Contractor pays for Full Family Medical Health Insurance

(Includes Spouse and Children) on top of the wage. 

In addition $1.63 for every hour worked goes into a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).  

The Contractor pays for a retirement and savings plan that is invested like a 401k.  

In addition the contractor pays for a pension plan that is based on years of service at the time of retirement. 

These are both paid in addition to the total wage.

The full minimum starting compensation package is $37.75 +/Hr
